scheduling of the project, risk management, budgeting of the project, and the communication
plant including the strategies those could alternatively contribute in the successful and efficient
delivery of the entire project.

2.2 Project Requirements
Human resources including project manners, owner or sponsor, supervisors, staffs,
research and development team.
The materials required for the project delivery include hybrid seeds, transportation, heavy
duty machines and irrigation equipment.
The approval on the plan and funding of about 10,000 dollars will be required in manner
to make sure that the project meets the expected deliveries of the ATC.
2.3 Limit and Exclusions
The project will not cover the investments being made in the R&D program while
calculating the budget, the cost of the land, and estimation of the resources required for the
project delivery.
The government approval and impact of the project have also not been considered in this
project.
The source of funding, electricity, and others those are already available at the site have
also not been considered in this project.

Project Information
The estimated budget of the project is 10,000 dollars and the timeline of the project is 100+-10%
days. The approach is to replace the existing lands with hybrid trees those can increase the
frequency of the harvesting and improve the overall production of the company.
Version Control:
Communications Strategy
Communication mode 1
Face to face meeting in the form of discussions, arguments or brainstorming, allowing
the different stakeholders to discuss on the same context.
Communication mode 2
Email or feedback board, where the individuals can inform personally with confidence of
not being exposed.
Communication mode 3
Group meetings with the key stakeholders in conference room considering the discussion
on the current delivery of the project.
External Stakeholders
End customers
Australian community
Forest Department
Communication mode 1
Newsletter, conversing the description of all the information on the ongoing progress of
the project
Communication mode 2
Social media for spreading the information and taking the feedbacks directly from the end
consumers
6. Recommendations
1. The project manager must audit the entire project using the efficient told such as benchmarking it
baseline.
2. The communication plan must be followed throughout the project in manner to make sure that
every stakeholder is absurd with the project.
3. There must be approval on the planning and estimations at each stage of the project.
