The 3 month long Talent+ Innovation Academy is designed to create a platform


that will inspire, train, equip and empower young workforce with global business
and digital skills that will transform how they think, develop and implement
strategies. The academy is utilizing an adoptable innovative talent development
model to ensure that our trainees are learning by doing and helping them to
make innovative design thinking a habit in designing and implementing business
activities. The Academy helps trainees to acquire the following skills and habit;
