The Goverment of Jokowi

I. Thesis Statement : Jokowi is a very good president.

II. Reasons : A. Jokowi has gradually built infrastructure.
B. The economic of Indonesia growth develops to a better direction.
Opposing : A. The Indonesian government has debt to other countries and the
world bank, causing the government to collect higher taxes.
B. Opening jobs is mostly filled by foreign workers.
Rebuttal : A. The existence of infrastructure development can increase
distribution mobility, especially basic needs.
B. I disagree because based on research shows that with the presence
of foreign workers the spirit of the work ethic of local workers is
increasing and they can compete with foreign workers.
III. Conclusion : Jokowi has many programs such as equitable infrastructure
development and an economy growth develops to a better direction. All of that is
done with real work, so that people can feel the program.

The Goverment of Jokowi

Jokowi is the seventh Indonesian president with his vice, Jusuf Kalla. Jokowi was
choosen to become a President by the general election in 2014. Before becoming president,
he had been a Solo mayor for two periods (2002-2012). After that, he became governor of
DKI Jakarta from 2012-2014. Thus Jokowi has a lot of experience in leading a government.
From the statement, Jokowi is a very good president.

It has been four years since Jokowi's government running from 2014. Many successes
have been made by Jokowi. The first reason is equitable infrastructure development. Such as
providing one billion subsidies for infrastructure development in the village. The government
has also succeeded in building cross-regional roads such as the Papua Trans and the Railroad
in Sulawesi. The second reason is that economic growth develops to a better direction. As
like the number of jobs opened. This causes a decline in the unemployment rate.

Even though infrastructure development is evenly distributed, on the other hand there
are disadvantaged parties, for example with this development, the Indonesian government has
debt to other countries and the world bank, causing the government to collect higher taxes.
This has a negative impact on the economy of the poor. For example the construction of the
Trans Java Toll road and the MRT project that cost a lot. I disagree with this argument,
because even though Indonesia has a lot of debt from infrastructure development such as toll
roads. But based on the article about the Indonesian economy, it is stated that the existence of
infrastructure development can increase distribution mobility, especially basic needs, by the
time economy in indonesia can rise and the Indonesian government can pay its debts
gradually. Besides that development such as the Trans Java Toll road can help fulfillment of
society more easily and quickly. This can reduce the impact of congestion on the main roads
in Java.

Some people, especially local workers, think that opening jobs is mostly filled by
foreign workers. it causes injustice for local workers such as the difficulty of competing with
foreign workers. Although many of foreign workers, they also concerns of giving the
knowledge about the world of work to local workers. As like innovation in the industrial and
agrarian world. I disagree because based on research shows that with the presence of foreign
workers the spirit of the work ethic of local workers is increasing and they can compete with
foreign workers.

From the statements above, it can be concluded that Jokowi has many programs such
as equitable infrastructure development and an economy growth develops to a better
direction. All of that is done with real work, so that people can feel the program.4
