Job Title: Patient Services Representative


Department: Patient Services
Responsible For: Patients dealing
Job purpose: to help the patients in making appointments and guide them in
better way

Main Duties:
 Operating the phone
 Handle incoming and outgoing calls with patients
 Employee should have to cooperate with the patient and help patient
what he/she is looking for
 Employee should have to do confirmation calls for Appointment
 Also make appointments for patient on call.

Qualification and Skills:


 Graduation is required
 Good communications skills
 English speaking
 Pressure handling skills

Hours of work:
 There is 8 hours shift
 Time starts from 6pm to 3pm
 It includes 1-hour break

 Salary starts from 30k and will increase after 3 months’ probation
period according to work efficiency

Summary of Job:
Training will pe provided to the employee regarding work and
when he/she will be trained then we put him/her on live calls. Senior employees provide
training. We are here to cooperate. After that employee will handle the calls from patient
There are few types of calls, like appointment making, cancellation, refill for medication but
not as such difficult.
