· Performed work duties at Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital helping patients with
issues pertaining to eligibility in emergency healthcare. Responsibilities highlight
following HIPPA privacy rules and handling insurance information. The job also consists
of responding and conducting necessary phone calls with patients, smoothly screening
patients for personal information to determine eligibility, and efficiently inputting patient
information into hospital system.
