1. Teachers are teaching subjects which are not their specialization. Thus, teachers must undergo training.
2. Teachers utilize the use of the LRMDS portal for the downloading of Curriculum Guides (CG).
Unavailable resource materials (printed materials such as books). The LRMDS has an insufficient content/
data with regard to the subjects offer for the Senior High School. Teachers download materials from
different web sources. Teachers will able to download activity sheets and modules.
3. In cases wherein no activity sheets were available teacher creates activity sheets for the learning
competencies.
4. There is also a prepared budget plan/ budgeted lesson for the subject in the Senior High School.
5. The conduct of school learning action cell for teachers.
6. To enhance student’s skills, teachers provide opportunity to students by allowing them to conduct
extension services such as clean -up drive and outreach programs like gift giving and feeding program.
7. Attending Job Fair to gain experience on the conduct on how selection and hiring is done in the real
world. Our students joined the Fusion 2020 initiated by the Provincial Government last February 7, 2020.
