Rooms in a house

Read the dialogue.

Sammy: Today I am going to visit Zoe at her house! Would you like to come with me?
Zoe: Hi, Sammy! Come on in! Welcome to my home! Let me show you every room and parts of
my house! Downstairs there is a hall, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. Upstairs
there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also a study in the attic.
Sammy: Your house is very nice, Zoe!
Zoe: This is the living room, where my parents and I watch TV and rest for a while at night!
Sammy: It's cozy!
Zoe: This is the dining room, where I have the meals. Usually I just have dinner here because
as you know I have lunch at school!
Sammy: Indeed.
Zoe: This is the kitchen, where my mother prepares the meals! Would you like to eat
something?
Sammy: No, let's continue!
Zoe: This is my bedroom! My favourite place in the house!
Sammy: Your bedroom is so cool, Zoe!
Zoe: Here in the attic there's the study! I usually study and do my homework here. My parents
also like to come here and do some work.
Sammy: The balcony is awesome!
Zoe: Great, isn't it?
Zoe: This is the bathroom! I like to have long showers in this bath! Here is the garage where
my father keeps the car.
Sammy: Nice place to play!
Zoe: This is the laundry room, where my clothes are washed and ironed!
Sammy: Look! That's your school uniform!
