However, every person has a different level of pleasure
which motivate them. It depends on which angle you
are looking to. Some people look comfort is something
achievable by others easily, but some looks at something
impossible to get them motivated. However, people
that are driven by preference will always look at things

which drives people motivation every day. Its either
they are going against pain in their life or reaching for
the pleasure which awaits them ahead. This two type
of motivation helps in making people motivated and
demotivated at the same time, depending on what type
of person they are.

For a person they always go against or away from pain,

their motivation of waking up every morning to push
for a better tomorrow will still get them to get the work
done. They usually are the peoples having the biggest
“why” in their life and keep focusing on achieving their
goal. Although they have become a successful person,
they always do their best to make sure they stay at the
top of their game. Their subconscious minds will still
drive this type of person to stay away from the pain that
they once experience or thought and keep their motivation
up to be successful. They are people typically are quite
dangerous in what they do and very calculative of risk
that they will face. It’s a safety criterion for them to be
on peak state all the time.
Being a person either drive by pleasure or pain does
not mean that you are in the wrong state of mind. It is
just how the brain function in translating things from
experience a person has when they grow up. People that
have a rough start in their life tend to be more pain
oriented while people that surround with the positive
environment will more likely be a people that will
motivate to reach their pleasure point. It is how a person
understands and use the brain function that matter.
