A. Short Term Goals
The company aims to recognize by the society and local markets, bringing impact
to get the attention of the people. We are also looking forward to have a wide range of
sales and marketing by the use of applications and technologies as a tool to increase the
market awareness and advertise our product and, allow our team to be given more time to
improve it.
The ChemiSolve is a relatively new company which manufactures a high quality
natural solvent, extracted from Macopa (Syzygium Samarangense) leaf - which is can be
found locally that can dissolve Styrofoams or Polystyrene Foams.
Nowadays, polystyrene foams is highly used in packaging and containers of food
and beverages in market - a total of billions of pounds a year of polystyrene foam in all.
ChemiSolve intends to focus on manufacturing a new natural solvent that is more
affordable and cheaper than the other solvent that can dissolves polystyrene foams and
promote green chemistry.
As it grows, it will take gradually into related markets and consumers. It will also
establish flexible relationships with appropriate strategic alliance and investors.
ChemiSolve will sell a natural solvent called ------ made from extracted oil of
Macopa Leaf that serves as an application on recycling and dissolving a one of the most
versatile polymers that is used by different industries.
This is headed by Rosalinda Fusin – Board of Director, followed by Chief
Executive Officer – Emmanuel Diana, Chief Financial Officer – Bren Deanne Nono,
Sales and Marketing Head which will be lead by Ma. Diana Pangilinan and Millaine Joy
Ragragio.
B. Feedback and Control
We will encourage our employees and customers to give suggestions that might
help to gain improvements, boast employees’ morale and establish customer engagement.
We intend to build an open-minded environment so that we give value to our employees
and customer’s ideas. In that environment, we can develop creativity and team
effectiveness that can lead to job satisfaction and customer enrichment.
We will evaluate the team’s progress by comparing their individual performance
to the set standards, making sure that the employee understands the goal of the company
and confident to work as a team. We desire to use reward-punishment strategy, to
motivate them to do their best and make huge efforts to achieve the company’s goals.
Evaluations and incentives can make the team to be goal-oriented and creating the sense
of belonging and working as one in the firm.
