MONEY

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

• The application deadline is March 31, 2019.

※ The group must submit designated application form with a profile of the group, experiences of participation and
award winning career, performance photos(at least 5 sheets), performance video(files or links) by e-mail.
• The group should be 15～30 persons in total, including staff, all members must be adults and dancers should be over at least 10.
• All groups have to compete in dance costume.
• Both pre-recorded CD and live rendition are available for all performances of Street Dance Parades, dance competitions.
Groups can bring any musical instruments and should bring their costumes.
• The official languages for the festival are Korean and English.
For communication purposes, at least one person who can speak English should accompany the group.
• All groups must arrive in Cheonan on September 23, 2019 and depart on October 1, 2019.

SUPPORT FOR PARTICIPATING GROUP

• The Festival Committee will pay 10$ to each performer for each performance.
※ Notice : if a group wins between Grand prize and Encouragement prize in any section (Street Dance Parade or dance competition),
the group cannot receive the performance allowance for the competition a prize is awarded.
Performance allowance will be provided maximum 30 persons per each group.
• The Festival Committee will provide with :
- 3 meals a day and accommodations in Cheonan to members.
- Round-trip transportation to the airport and transportation support within Cheonan
(Airfare is not covered by Festival Committee).
- An opportunity to sightsee near Cheonan City and Seoul for one day.

PLACE Cheonan(Bangjugan Ogeori - Cheonan Bus Terminal/ 0.55km)
PARTICIPANTS 40teams
- International dance groups, schools and universities,
performance groups, enterprises etc. (No Limitation)
- Korean teams will also participate in Street Dance Parade.
COMPOSITION Composition of Group
OF GROUP - Group should be more than 20 members including dancers and musicians.

PARTICIPANTS 40 teams
- Korean teams will also participate in Solo&Duet Competition.
- Participants need to show their free genre dance within 2min.
in suitable clothes for the performance.
MUSIC No live music, only pre-recorded CD is allowed for『Solo&Duet Competition』.
