CONTRACT OF SERVICE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CONTRACTY OF SERVICE, entered into by and between:

ABDULMANAP M. BALT, Center Administrator, PROVINCIAL/CITY MANPOWER

DEVELOPMETN CENTER (PCMDC), with office address at TLDC, Peoples Park, Datu Saber,
Marawi City, referred to as the “FIRST PARTY”,

And

ADNAN B. AMEROL, TRAINER (EIM/EPAS), referred to as the “SECOND PARTY”.

That the FIRST PARTY is in need of the services of the SECOND PARTY who shall
perform work for FIRST PARTY.

That the SECOND PARTY will render in-house services as TRAINER for the FIRST
PARTY for the program/qualification ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE NC II &
ELECTRONIC PRODUCT SERVICING SYSTEM NC II, with the daily rate of PhP 600.00
FROM March 1-31, 2020.

That it is understood that this Contract does not create an employer-employee

relationship between the parties, that the service rendered hereunder are not considered, and
will not be accredited as permanent service, and the latter is not entitle to benefits enjoyed by
the regular personnel of the FIRST PARTY.

That this Contract may be terminated with both parties notified and received prior to
termination due to inability of the SECOND PARTY to deliver the services needed.
