It is an honor for me to write a letter of recommendation in highest regard for Mrs. Nikki Fisher who is
looking to apply for your teaching opening. I have known Mrs. Fisher both as a colleague and as a 6​th
grade teacher in the Wellsville Local School District. There is no doubt that she is a person of superior
knowledge and outstanding work ethic. Moreover, Mrs. Fisher is a genuine people person that portrays
and upholds the highest standards of professionalism.

These observations are by no means made without firsthand knowledge. Mrs. Fisher is always well
prepared to meet any challenge and do whatever it takes to ensure that the students are her top priority.
This has been the case in every educational decision she has made. As a teacher Mrs. Fisher established
herself with credibility as an instructional leader among her peers. Her superior use of data, technology
integration and research to support initiatives helps contribute to her success. Also, Mrs. Fisher has an
innate ability to enunciate often complicated educational topics in a manner that is both understood and
appreciated by educators and the general public.

In my seventeen years of experience in education, there are few that I hold in the highest regard of
competence, loyalty, and tireless effort; Mrs. Fisher is one! Her unselfish desire to succeed at the highest
levels is both motivating and contagious. There is no doubt that Mrs. Fisher will be a tremendous asset if
she is hired for any position in your district.
