I’m going through this file and I don’t see any reference to a project #’s. Also, on your file
sent, the mastrena arrive dates go back to January of 2018 – which appears to be billed on
our end already.

I am looking for the file that is formatted similar to the file that XXXX used to send
out. (example attached) Is it possible to have this file re-created with new/updated
information?

I wanted to follow up on a file since I will be out of the office starting tomorrow afternoon. I
won’t be back until Tuesday 10/22 and we’ve received quite a few inquiries both internal
and external on billings.

Anything you could do to get a file expedited would be greatly appreciated. This is a 3rd
follow up.

I should have this to you this morning.  We have been having difficulty with the initial reports we pull to compile data for 
you.  I am leaving at noon today and will be out tomorrow but will be back on Thursday morning.  We are also working 
on creating a new report that would provide the same data that would make things easier on our end and make the data 
more concise on your end.  I apologize for the delay while we work this through.
