Topic : Online Movie Tickets Booking

Introduction:
The proposed project “Online Movie Ticket Booking System” is the process
whereby consumers directly buy movie tickets online from a multiplex
website interactively in real-time without an intermediary service over the
Internet. The Given System provides the detailed working of the Online
Movie Ticket Booking Processing and what all happens whenever we or
any one of us goes to book movie tickets online.

Objective of Project:
The project “Online Movie Ticket Booking System” is dedicated to the
general requirements of multiplex theaters. The main objective of the
project is to create an Online Movie Ticket Booking processing that allows
customers to know about new movies, their schedules, cinema locations,
class and ticket price etc. In the booking process when customer selects
the movie’s name. In next step he/she selects his desired show information
where he/she wish to see movie i.e, show date, show time and no of
tickets. After all these steps there will be payment method by which the
ticket has been confirmed. Based on given parameters a graphical layout of
seat status is visible to the customer. Now customer can select his desired
seat location and number of seats. It tracks all the details about the
customer, payment, shows.
Purpose of the project:
The main purpose of this project is to provide a reliable, secure, efficient
and user friendly environment to the customers and management
authorities. Also benefit to the customer with efficient and faster service.
The Project “Online Movie Ticket Booking System” as a wide scope as it is
generalized software and can be easily used in any ticket booking process
system with little or no change.

Features of the project movie ticket booking

system:
● Simple status and resolutions.
● Accuracy in work.
● Easy and fast retrieval of information.
● Well designed reports.
● Decrease the load of the person involved in the existing manual
system.
● Easy to update information.

User interface design:

The “Online Movie Ticket Booking System” manages all the movie ticket
booking process and ticket amount payment process. This maintains
information of list of all currently running movies in different multiplex of the
same company in various locations. The process of booking movie tickets
online is kept very simple.

Conclusion:
In our project: with this online movie ticket booking system; cinema
companies can satisfy comfortable facilities to their customers. With this
platform we developed, we are hoping to reduce time wasting, avoid
misunderstanding, provide easy data flow, customer pleasure, and less
hard work. We believe that we accomplished our goals and satisfied with
the chord be developed.
