Dear Parents and Families, 

We hope you are well and staying safe during these unprecedented times. As you know, we
quickly adapted to school campus closures and began remote live instruction. We finished the year
with higher student attendance. Students continued to learn and engaged daily with their teachers
and classmates through Colēgia. 

We know you have questions about the upcoming school year.  Rest assured.  We are in constant
contact with national and local government agencies to provide a safe environment for our
students.  We will implement additional safety precautions to ensure that classrooms are safe. We
expect alternating schedules that accommodate a hybrid model.  Some students may attend school
in person while others may engage in remote live instruction. In the coming weeks we will send
you a survey.  We want to better understand how you would prefer your child to return to school.  

We at Somerset Academy Dade understand how difficult and trying these times can be. However,
we look forward to the next school year. As always, we continue to work to make our school a
safe place for all students. Here is a short video highlighting the past few months and what our
classrooms may look like in August.  
 
No matter what the future brings, you can count on us to be ready to provide a high-quality
education for your student.  We will provide more information as it becomes available.  In the
