Performance Assessment
Performance assessment shall generally be based on the scale provided in CSC MC No. 06, series of 2012. However, for a more
quantitative approach to performance assessment, the rating scales are defined in Table 1 below for Quality, Efficiency and Timeliness
dimensions of office performance:
