    The Way of Life

    (At the Forefront of a Monster)

    It’s a challenge where there is fear day after day


    Watching the news every night
    As the whole world breathes a heavy sigh
    But we should remain hopeful that help is nearby

    Salute to our front liners for doing more with much less
    We should keep it together to exit this mess
    Thanks to technology and the app called zoom
    Ask those that are younger to enter the room

    COVID-19 is subtle and attacks for no reason


    Doesn’t seem to matter what time or season
    Always listen to those who know
    Follow the rules so that our good health will grow

    Let this be a wakeup call


    Stay at home it can save us all
    One day will come when we’re finally free
    Never forget the lessons that’ll shape us for years to be

    And don’t forget to pray


    It doesn’t matter to what G nor where in the world you may
    Trust and keep the faith
    The blessing that we are praying for will never be long await
