CLUB OFFICERS ELECTION

(SPORT CLUB)

A Club Officers election of the selected members of SHS Sport club was held at La Union Colleges of
Science and Technology Inc., at LUCST stadium on August 6, 2018. The meeting convened at exactly
10:01 in the morning with their Club Adviser Violeta Jucar and the Club President Dayan Estropigan as
the presiding officer and the Secretary, Jasmine Joy Gapuz.

Motion 1:
That the Club Adviser of Sport Club conducted a election for classroom officers and it was successfully
done and presided by the newly elected President Dayan Estropigan and the minutes of meeting was take
down notes by the Secretary Jasmine Joy Gapuz under the supervisions of her adviser Violeta Jucar.

Motion 2:
That all students are re-oriented on the club policies again and they are all aware of the disciplinary
sanctions bestowed to their actions if they failed to follow. In addition to that they also agreed to
collection of club funds in my club which is 1php per members per day that will be utilized to some
sports activities.

Motion 3:
That after the said election, some students’ raises there motions in relation to my proposed schedules of
activities and other issues and concerns.

Adjournments:
All motions are carried. Motion to adjourn raised by Jasmine Joy Gapuz the class secretary and it was
seconded by everybody. The classroom meeting was exactly adjourned at 11:00 in the morning by the
general consent of the body.
