CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS

OF BLACK PANTHER TAEKWONDO CLUB


ISABELA STATE UNIVERSITY

PURPOSES OF THE ORGANIZATION

The following are the purposes of this organization:

1. To develop the tenets of taekwondo such as; self-confidence, modesty,


indomitable spirit, perseverance and etiquette
2. To develop the sense of commitment and responsibilities to the members.
3. To encourage greater social cooperation among those interested in
taekwondo as a martial arts and as a national sports.
4. To develop a player who will represent the Isabela State University-Jones
Campus in the activity like University Games, Regional SCUAA, National SCUAA
and any other sports activities.
5. To use the special knowledge and skills of the members to serve the
School.

ARTICLE 1

SECTION 1. NAME

The name of the organization shall be Black Panther Taekwondo Club

SECTION 2. NAME

The Black Panther Taekwondo Club shall be at the Isabela State University-
Jones Campus, Barangay 1, Jones, Isabela

SECTION 3. AFFILIATION

The Black Panther Taekwondo Club is an organization of all students under


the supervision and guidance of the Administration, Faculty and Staff especially the
Criminology Instructors of this institution.

ARTICLE II

SECTION 1. FOUNDERS

The Founders of this club are the following:

1. Jessica B. Curibang, MSCrim


2. Romel R. Bosito, MSCrim

SECTION 2. ADVISER
The adviser of this club shall be the Dean of the College of Criminal Justice
Education

ARTICLE III

SECTION 1. MEMBERSHIP

Membership is open to all students of Isabela State University-Jones Campus


Who are willing to join in Taekwondo and aspiring athletes of this event.

SECTION 2. MEMBERSHIP FEE

The Black Panther Taekwondo Club will collect a membership fee of one
hundred fifty (100) pesos every year and thirty (30) pesos for the monthly due. (suspended
due to pandemic)

SECTION 2. EXECUTIVE OFFICERS

The officers shall be: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Auditor,


Business Managers, Public Relation Officer and the Founders.

DUTIES OF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS

SECTION 3. The duties of the president shall be:

a. To preside over all meetings


b. To cooperate with the advisors in establishing policies.
c. To be a member of overall committees
d. To disseminate information about the activities in sports.

SECTION 4. The duties of the Vice-President shall be:

a. To preside over all meetings in the absence of the president.


b. To be a member of overall committees.
c. To perform all other customary duties.
d. To aid president in duties.
c. To develop with president a list objectives for the next year.

SECTION 5. The duties of the Secretary shall be:

a. To keep minutes of all meeting.


b. To carry on all necessary correspondence.
c. To copy and submit copies of all minutes to the advisor.

SECTION 6. The duties of the Treasurer shall be:

a. To take care of all financial transactions of the organization for the school
year in cooperation with the executive officers.
b. To keep record of the financial activities of the club.
SECTION 7. The duties of the Auditor, Business Managers and P.R.O. shall be:

a. To ensure the club is using its resources in the most efficient ways.
b. To set budgets and negotiate.
c. to represents the club.

ARTICLE IV

SECTION 1. ATHLETES

Selection of the Athletes

The Isabela State University-Jones Campus selects its athletes through


INTRAMURALS. The coaches and founders are entitled to select the best player of
this event.

Benefits of the athletes

The benefits of the Athletes are stipulated in the student handbook
