CONSTITUTIONAL AND BY-LAWS OF MATH

ORGANIZATION
A.Y. 2019-2020

ARTICLE I Name and Nature of Club

Section 1: The name of the club shall be known as the A’
Club.
Section 2: The club by the nature exists in accordance to the Vision and Mission
of the school.

ARTICLE II Declaration of Objectives

Section 1: Develop love of God, Country and Nature, Self-discipline. Intellectual
and recreational activities.
Section 2: Help the students to develop self confidence.
Section 3: Protect right of each member

ARTICLE IIIMembership
Section 1: All bona fide students who are interested to join the Science and
Mathematics Club.
Section 2: Membership Fees are as follows
a. Officership: ₱150.00
b. Membership: ₱10.00

ARTICLE IVElections and Qualifications

Section 1: The officers of the A’ Club are duly elected
President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Auditor, P.R.O., and
Business Manager.
Section 2: Election of officers shall be conducted every second or third week of
June.
Section 3: Candidates for all A’ Mathematics Club Elective positions
shall:
a. Be a bona fide students
b. Have good moral character
c. Have not been subjected to any disciplinary sanctions.
Section 4: The candidate for President shall not be President of another Club
Section 5: All officers will hold the office for one school year.

ARTICLE V Functions and Duties of Officers

Section 1: The President of the club shall be the chief executive officer of the
club. He/She shall have the following duties:
a. Preside all the meetings;
b. Sign all the pertinent papers such as minutes of the meeting,
memoranda and other official papers of the club.
c. Enforce all the resolution and/or decision of the club.
d. In charge in directing the activities off the club.
e. Submit a complete report of the organization for the school under
his/her term at the end of the school year.

Section 2: The Vice-President shall have the following duties:
a. Take the place of the President in case of the absence of the latter.
b. Assist the President in all matters.
c. Performed such duties signed by the Persident.
Section 3: The Secretary shall have the following duties:
a. Keep accurate records of the minutes of every meeting.
b. Head of the club secretariat.
Section 4: The treasurer shall have the following duties:
a. Keep all the money and valuables of the club
b. Keep all the financial record of the club
c. Prepare Financial Report every after activity and present it with officer
and members of the club together with the Auditor and Secretary.
Section 5: The Auditor shall have the following duties:
a. Examine financial records and expenditures of the club
b. Assist the treasurer in formulating Reports.
Section 6: The P.R.O. shall have the following duties:
a. Disseminate all important information being held in the meeting.
b. Take charge in the promotion of the Science and Mathematics Club
projects and activities.
Section 7: The Business Manager shall purchase all the necessary things needed
during meeting and activities.

ARTICLE VI Adviser
Section 1: The A’ Club Advisers are the teachers of the said subjects.

ARTICLE VII Amendments

Section 1: The by-laws or any provision thereof may be amended or repeated by
the majority of the members and officers at any special meetings duly
held for the purpose.
