    BME 2nd stage

    Differential gain:
    1st step: Vd = 1mV + 1mV = 2mV
    2nd step: Vout = 164mV / 2 = 82mV
    3rd step: Ad = Vout / Vd = 82mV / 2mV =
    410V
    Common mode gain:
    1st step: Vout = 1.1v / 2 = 0.55V
    2nd step: Vin = 10V
    Acm = 0.55V / 10V = 0.055

    CMRR:
    1st step: CMRR = Ad / Acm
    = 410 / 0.055 = 7454.5
