1 General
These parts are used for the production of hermetic compressors for household appliances in
SECOP Austria. This specification describes the condition of the packaging for suppliers to
optimize packaging and handling of the goods.
All arrangements and changes out of SECOP Austria standard Supplier Specification must
be clarified between supplier and SECOP Austria and confirmed in writing.

2.1 Packaging Definition

The logistic and packaging guideline according to A0771 must always be considered with the
definition of the packaging.

The insulating materials have to be delivered in cardboard boxes and additionally

separated by cardboard intermediate layers. The packaging weight has to be between
150 to 400 kg depending on the packaging size.

3 Labelling and marking, delivery condition

All necessary information regarding to labelling, marking as well as delivery condition are
defined in A0771.

4 Quality Reports
If requested by SECOP Austria each delivery has to contain a certificate of compliance
stating that the material meets the requirements of the drawing as well as material
specification.

4.1 Test Reports

Initial sample test reports and inspection certificates have to be included with the delivery by
the supplier.
