• Minimum of 3 supports are required for each track bend. Refer to diagrams opposite.

• The minimum tangent length for the short leg is 400mm. Refer to diagrams opposite.

• The minimum tangent length for the long leg is 1,000mm. Refer to diagrams
opposite.

• The minimum radius is 650mm. Refer to diagrams opposite.

• Quantities remain a primary driver of the unit-price in a given production-batch

(particularly at the lower quantities). Please request a project specific quote for
accurate pricing, however, the 1000 Series price list can be used as a guide.

• Higher quantities of identical part designs (Radius, Bend-angle and Tangent-lengths)

in a particular batch would have a favorable impact on the overall unit-price of the
batch.

• Multiple bends or multiple-radii in a single bent piece significantly increase the

bending complexity of the particular item and hence the cost, so this arrangement
should be avoided.

• Double Bends ‘S’-shape (back-to-back bends in opposite directions), is not

achievable in a single-track segment. For double bends, two bent track segments
will be used with a centre support at the track joint. Refer to diagrams opposite.
