May 20, they will have two nights to stay in Dakak Park and Resort)
 Php 200 per person for the transfer, pick up within Dipolog

Notes:
1. The student participants and their teacher chaperones will leave on May 20 because there
is already a scheduled activity on the 21 st of May. If they all leave on May 21, they
cannot anymore take part in the activity of the first day of the conference.
2. On the evening of May 20, 2018, the participants are going to shoulder their expenses for
dinner since the accommodation for that evening serves breakfast for the following day.
The same goes with the lunch and dinner of the participants on May 22, 2018.
3. The participants are going to take varied shipping lines because of the conflict of
schedule of the trips.
4. The Capstone Teacher and other Research Teachers are included in the head count for the
said activity.
5. The Registration is charged to every attending person. This includes the participating
students and the teacher chaperones.
