PROCEDURES
4.1 Introductory Activity MOL (prayer and checking of attendance)
5 minutes Review of the previous lesson.
The students will answer Pretest LO 3 on pages 28-29.
4.2 Activity Pantomime Presentation
15 minutes The class will be divided into 9 groups. Each group will pick a certain safety measure
and proper handling of materials and tools (refer to page 29 of Learning Module).
The students are tasked to create a 2-minute pantomime presentation and the
audience will try to guess what they have presented.
4.3 Analysis Ask the learners the following question:
5 minutes - Why should we check the materials and tools before receiving it?
- What is the importance of following a certain standard operating procedure
(SOP)?
4.4 Abstraction Discussion on the procedure in receiving materials and tools.
10 minutes Discussion on the quality inspection of materials and tools, material/tool handling
and control measures.
4.5 Application The class will be divided into 5 groups. The group are tasked to create a short role
15 minutes play showing the use of the two different forms and how they will receive the
materials and tools that have been requested or borrowed. The group will be graded
accordingly.
4.6 Assessment The students will answer Self-check 3.1 on pages 34.

4.7 Assignment Answer comprehensively.
5 minutes What are the measuring instruments in plumbing?

4.8 Concluding Activity Minute Paper


5 minutes In just one minute, the students are tasked to write down the things he/she learned
from the lesson. Random students will be called to share his/her answer.
