PROCEDURES
4.1 Introductory Activity MOL (prayer and checking of attendance)
5 minutes Review of the previous lesson.
The students will answer Pretest LO 1 on page 40.
4.2 Activity Pantomime Presentation
15 minutes The class will be divided into 5 groups. Each group will be given a picture of a
measuring tool in plumbing. The group are tasked to write the possible use/s of that
tool. A representative from each group will share their output in front of the class.
4.3 Analysis Ask the learners the following question:
5 minutes - Why should we know the different measuring tools used in plumbing?
- How do these tools affect the work of a plumber?
4.4 Abstraction Discussion on the different measuring tools in plumbing and the proper way on how
10 minutes to handle these tools.
4.5 Application The class will be divided into 5 groups. The group are tasked to create a short
15 minutes scenario with the proper uses of the different measuring tools in plumbing. The
performance will be graded according on the rubrics provided by the teacher.

4.6 Assessment The students will answer Self-check 3.1 on pages 45-46.

4.8 Concluding Activity Minute Paper


5 minutes In just one minute, the students are tasked to write down the things he/she learned
