 COMPANY
Aerotecnica Coltri was founded in the 60s
to respond to offers support to the diving
sector. We structured our workshops this
way, to create an Italian production of high
pressure compressors for breathable air.
Our attention and constant growth driven by
clear objectives of excellence have allowed us
to obtain quality certifications of international
relevance, rewarding our dedication and com-
mitment.

We didn’t stop there, our commitment to

innovation allowed us to expand our offer
with products dedicated to technical gases,
applying the same quality-oriented vision
without compromise. The constant evolu-
tion in design and manufacturing has thus
become the central element of our identity:
more than fifty years of development have
allowed us to create machines that now re-
present the reference point of the industry
in the world.

This propensity for research and develop-

ment has allowed us to go from being users
of the most modern technical options to the
lead the progress of the market. We use all
the most modern devices, such as robots
and numerically controlled machine tools,
to produce increasingly reliable, efficient
and long-lasting products.

Every component of our pumping units is

designed and created in Coltri workshops.
We assemble all the compressors shown in
this catalogue in their entirety according to
our high quality standards. We use machi-
nery such as ZEISS®, which plays a funda-
mental role in metrology.
This allows us to detect the geometrical
characteristics of components and to pre-
dict how they will behave when used as
elements of more complex assemblies.

 DESCRIPTION

Compact is the perfect high pressure booster for the compression of air, nitrogen and technical
gases at non-atmospheric intake pressure between 2 and 8 bar. The controls are easily accessible
thanks to the ergonomic design, for a professional machine that can meet the needs of its users. The
compact design allows installation even in particularly tight spaces. Compact is a series of air-cooled
boosters, equipped with automatic condensate draining system, autostop and re-start functions.

 DESCRIPTION

The OPEN model is a high pressure booster compressor based on the efficient mechanics of the
MCH 36 pumping unit. Control and command components, essential for daily operation, are located
on the front panel with easy access. Powered by a three-phase electric motor, it is equipped with
all the most modern safety and assistance systems, such as automatic condensate drain, automatic
shutdown and re-start functions.
