1. Flashcard Teacher A/ I
- Teachers, please test children especially 5 and 6 year old Margaret
to read flashcard so that we can know if they can see the
flashcard clearly.
- So far, Teacher Margaret already test 4 year old to read
flashcard and have no problem. They can see the
flashcard clearly, but need to be in rush because there are
2 class for 4 year old.
2. 4 year old sit’s arrangement Teacher A/ I
- Teachers, please arrange children’s sit properly when you Margaret
teach. Please ask them to turn their chair facing in front
and see the whiteboard.
- Please let them sit in zig – zag position to maintain 1
meter distance from each other.
3. Teacher’s timetable Teacher I
- Teacher Margaret and Teacher Fatin will exchange Margaret
timetable on Wednesday (15 th July 2020) at 11.20am.
- Teacher Fatin will be at 5 year old class and Teacher
Margaret will be assist upstairs (4 year old).
4. Discussion about children Teacher I
1) Tristan Tan Zee Han Margaret
 He still haven’t return Mathematic book (Book 15),
and English (Activity book).
2) Tai Li Yuan
 She haven’t return BM (tulisan) since she’s not
coming today (late coming).
3) Eden Low
 This morning, his dad ask about using Soluguard
to wash his hand. He might have allergic with
minutes
either the wash hand soup or sanitizer.
 As time being, Teacher Farisa please observe him
for this week and stop using sanitizer for a while.
 Teachers, please be alert about Eden’s condition.
4) Sih Chee Hao
 Teachers, please observe his handwriting
especially when writing date. He often missed out
st/ hb after writing the number.
 Teachers, please be alert of how he write number
2, 9, 6, 3 (he wrote 3 like letter m), letter ‘r’ (looks
like ‘n’), letter ‘u’ (looks like ‘a’)
 He often write his name wrongly even though
teachers already help by writing his name on
whiteboard.
5) Looi Cai Xyuen
 Gate teacher already ask her Mommy if she
already buy the new cover glasses for her
daughter. It takes time to get the new one since it
need to ordered first.
5. Sorting book Teacher A
- For teachers who already finish their lesson and will start Margaret
new lesson soon for semester 2, please sorting children
book ASAP.
6. Gate Teacher (afternoon) Teacher A/ I
- Teacher Fatin and Teacher Margaret will be gate teacher Margaret
during afternoon (children going home).
- If Teacher Fatin haven’t finish Science class, Teacher
Margaret will take over and replace her.
- Free teacher, please assist Teacher Margaret during this
time since there must be another teacher waiting at stairs
and watch children going downstairs.
7. 4 years old during 12.30pm Teacher I
- Teachers, if they are children who haven’t finish their Margaret
schoolwork, please let them sit in class and finish it before
going home.
- Free teacher will guide them during this time (12.30pm).
- Teacher Farisa doesn’t need to go downstairs except if
Teacher Margaret call to assist downstairs.
8. Teacher’s schedule for Semester 2 (2020) Teacher A/ I
- Ms. Tan already give schedule (semester 2) plan for Margaret
teachers. If you have any problems or need further
explanation about the schedule, please ask.

9. Semester 2 will end on 23 rd December 2020. Teacher I
Tong
10. Children’s stationary (pencils, color pencils, ruler, rubber) Teacher A
- Teachers, kindly sharpen all the pencils and color pencils Margaret
while you disinfect children stationaries.
11. Peter and Jane’s reading progress Teacher A/ I
1) 4 years old Margaret
 Ling Ken Choong cannot read and point finger
when reading.
 Looi Cai Xyuen can read but need to be firm and
always repeat.
2) 5 years old
 Anya Ng An Tong can read.
 All children doesn’t have problem reading P&J
except Sih Chee Hao and Ryan Neo.

Notes to all teachers:

- Teacher Margaret will update the list of pages (Peter &
Jane) every Sunday.
- Please write the date using pencil.
- For 4 year old, Teacher Margaret will revise Peter & Jane
on 12.00pm – 12.30pm every day.
12. Discussion about concert 2020 All A/ I
- After further discussion and votes, all teachers agree to teachers
choose DREAM (by Teacher Margaret).
