ACTIVITY DESIGN
RATIONALE:

Photocopying is being widely used in different government sectors to produce and

deliver the basic needs of its clientele. It has an important role in making services efficient. It
helps in generating copies of a single file promptly and economically.

The Office of the Municipal Engineer and Building Official recently purchased
photocopiers based on the need assessment of clients visiting and inquiring in the said
offices. As well as the reproduction of essential documents that needs to be read by
different offices and scanning communications which is to be kept or stored in the cloud for
future reference/s.

Thus, there is a need to purchase two sets of toners for the photocopiers which is
estimated to lasts for one year usage which will be charged under OBO funds.

OBJECTIVES:

1. To be able to deliver basic needs of the clients efficiently and effectively.

2. To generate single files of importance promptly and economically.
