Existence of ‘Blind Self’

How to reduce the ‘Blind Self’
Realize the fact that there is lot more in them that they don’t
know.
Draw your tentative Johari windows- depicting present and
future status.

 INFERIORITY COMPLEX
– THE NEGATIVE FORCE
• A persistent sense of inadequacy or a tendency to self-
diminishment.
• Comes because of comparison…. When I compare myself with
others on things which I don’t have, I get in to Inferiority
Complex mode. [if I happen to see a man with good hair style,
and if I compare myself with him and feel bad about it, I get
inferiority complex.
• Sometimes it results in excessive aggressiveness or mostly
getting in to the shell.
• In order to have good self esteem, one should come out of the
inferiority complex. Don’t compare and feel bad; instead think
about your strength and be happy and work on it.

SELF CONFIDENCE

Confidence in oneself or one's own abilities.
