NEEDS AND WANTS OF THE COMMUNITY

NEEDS:

In our subdivision, one of the needs of the

homeowners are “streetlights” in every block. As you
can see in the picture, in our block, there is no
streetlights that’s why it is dark and looks like it is
dangerous place. Not just in our block but also every
block or streets in this subdivision has no streetlights.
Most of the homeowners suggested that our
subdivision needs to build posts and streetlights to
prevent any crimes or accidents and also to secure the
safety of the homeowners.

 WASTE SEGREGATION
Proper waste segregation is also need in our
subdivision. It can lead to a clean community and also
helps to have a proper sanitation among the
surroundings. Not only are you able to maintain
cleanliness of your environment, you are also able to
help out in proper waste disposal. This also helps the
community prevent calamities like flooding from
happening.
 ROVING SECURITY GUARDS

With the help of the security guards, they can

also lead to secure the safety of the
homeowners. It is also one of the needs in our
subdivision to prevent and lessen the cause of
any crimes and accidents that can happen in
our community. By having security guards
roving around the premises of the subdivision,
we can easily resolve problems and prevent
any untoward incidents from occurring.

renovated courts which they turn their courts
into a covered courts. Also, children has
their place to have fun and play. But in our
subdivision our court has no cover and also
has no playgrounds for children who wants
to play in. Some homeowners suggested that
they must renovate the court into covered
court to use also not to play sports but also
to use in some events that may happen in
our subdivision.
