How to compute BPM- beats per minute

PMHR- personal maximal Heart Rate = Subtract your age from the highest heartbeat= 220 BPM
Example: HHB 220 - 15 age= 205= PMHR

THR- Training Heart rate- Represents the rate of heart beat before and after an exercise
Multiply PMHR with 60% for the lowest rate and 80% for the highest rate.
Example: 205 X 60%= 123 beats for before exercise
15 – 30 minutes work out.
205 X 80%= 164 beats after exercise

For a 3 minute step test- ? wala ko kasabot.
