    Material prefabrication must be prefabricate in work shop

    Welding procedure
    Material steel plate E36 (S355JR)
    Weld with E7018 Electrodes
    MPI test on the welds

    Human resources on site


    4 Certify welders
    2 fitters
    2 Helpers

    Estimate time work and possibility on site


    This operation can be do in two time
    1: preparation of the existing 8 meters length part / Estimate time work 5 days
    2: preparation of the actual widow maker on site/ / Estimate time work 5 days

    100 Kg Electrodes diameter 3.2mm Class E 7018
    100 Kg Electrodes diameter 4mm Class E 7018
    25 pieces each of grinding disk diameter 230mm
    25 pieces each of cutting disk diameter 230mm
    2 sets of oxygen/acetylene
    2 x 10T Jacks
    Material tools for preparation 2
    Usual welders and fitters tools
    2 Welding machines
