Intended learning Outcomes (ILO)
 ILO 1 To define the basic terms related to partnership and corporation.
 ILO 2 To illustrate and apply accounting for partnership operations and corporation on various
accounting problems and case analysis.
 ILO 3 To analyze the common causes of partnership dissolution and liquidation and apply the necessary
accounting procedures.
 ILO 4 To prepare financial statements related to partnership and corporation with the corresponding
supporting computations.

Assessment: The instructor will be giving a final examination at the end of the discussion for all modules of this
course. The final grade of the student from the said examination will be part of their 50% of the major
requirement. It will be the basis also for the computation of grades to quizzes and other activities. The grade will
be computed based on the following formula:
