Example: Short quiz I will send a three-item quiz via text message
before the lesson. Based on the responses, I will
take note of the common misconceptions and
clarify them to the learners during our online
session or via text message.
1. Activity Sheet This will be distributed together with the SLM to
provide more exercises and activities related to
the objectives of the SLM. This Activity Sheet will
also help teachers determine whether the
learners achieve or not the learning objectives of
the SLM.
2. Monthly Individual Summative Test Provide Multiple-choice Summative Test via text
message or fb messenger.
3. Demonstration / Performance Task The learners will send recorded performance
through a given link. The teacher will give
feedback to the learners individually through
text/messenger.
4. Quarterly Test Teacher may use the fb messenger or via text
message to send the test or ask the parent
leaders to receive and submit the test materials
in case the students do not have an access online.
5. Reflection The teacher may provide a question via text or FB
messenger for the learners to ponder. Provide
and discuss the rubrics to be used for the activity.
