SOP : Over time for employee

Purpose
The purpose of a documentation is to provide the instruction to employee how to maintain
their over time as according to their policy of their organization and avoid any discriminitation
regarding their salaries at the end of the month this will help employee to maintain discipline

Scops
The documentation will help in develop skills regarding overtime procedure
. Normal working hours is 8 to12 hours
. overtime 3 hours a day it only for non managerial
. The maximum overtime 12 hours a weak
. The women workers they are not allow to work more than 9 hours
. overtime pay is equal to total month salary is divided by no of days

Policy attendance
Purpose
. Employee are expected to be present for work on time everyday regular attendance and
punctuality are important to keep your team and company operating

Objective
. the purpose of a policy and procedure for handling employee absence and tradeness to
promote efficient operation of a company and reduce unscheduled absence

Area of jurisdiction
. All non managerial employee of company

Contant
 Absence: manager is notified by employee X days/weeks in advance that employee will
be absent from shift.”

 Unscheduled absence: manager is notified by employee X hours in advance that


employee will be absent from shift, due to emergency or other unexpected cause.”

 Tardiness: employee shows up at least X minutes after scheduled shift start.”

 No-show: employee fails to show up for shift without notifying management.”


 Sick days: employee is absent from shift due to illness or doctor’s note.”

. Heavy fine on late arrival
. Absence without a legitimate reason is unpaid
