6 商情內容＊ trichy: As the Trichy Corporation is taking up aggressive
Content campaigns to promote waste recycling activities in
households to bring down city%E2%80%99s waste generation
capacity, the civic body will conduct two-day exhibition
to familiarise available waste recycling products.The
exhibition will be held at Kalaiarangam marriage hall
near central bus stand on October 6 and 7 (Saturday and
Sunday). An array of products that can recycle home waste
 into manure will be on display.After finding an
overwhelming reception from the public for the inaugural
solid waste management exhibition held in August 2018,
the civic body said the ensuing exhibition would serve as
a platform for people to recycle their waste at home
instead of depending on civic body to hand over
waste.While the previous exhibition focussed heavily on
encouraging environment-friendly products like cloth
bags, copper utensils and biodegradable use and throw
products, the ensuing expo would display affordable waste
recycling mechanisms.Experts in manufacturing solid waste
management products from various parts of the country
will display their portable waste recycling products in
the stalls, numbering around 50.LATEST COMMENTdont have

composting, vermicomposting and bucket composting
products that can turn kitchen waste into manure in
minimal space will be displayed. Similarly, terrace
gardening products to grow vegetables utilising the
manure produced will be exhibited,%E2%80%9D corporation
commissioner N Ravichandran said.A few stalls exclusively
for bulk waste generators like marriage halls and hotels
would display portable biogas plants to produce cooking
gas from food waste.
