What Is Our Product?

 An incinerator that converts solid non-biodegradable wastes into
syngas & soot(carbon)
 The syngas is purified before its release into the atmosphere
 The soot is collected by our company to produce ink
PLASMA ARC INCINERATOR

BASIC WORKING AND MODEL:

This process basically involves burning the non-
biodegradable solid wastes (at approx.300-600 degrees), the
waste is heated to much higher temperatures (900-1000
degrees) so it melts and then vaporizes. This is done by an
electrical device known as a plasma arc, which is a kind of
super-hot "torch" made by passing gas through an electrical
spark.
The end products include:
1.Clean syngas which when released into air, it does not
pollute the air.
2.Aggregate which includes soot.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE SOOT?

• A major portion of the end product from the incineration

includes soot. Soot poses tremendous harms to public
health, particularly because of its size. Particulate matter
is so small that it can easily enter your lungs and
bloodstream, potentially causing damage in a number of
ways.
• The soot which is generated from the incinerator is then
collected by our company and what we do is convert this
soot into ink by using it as a colouring agent which is then
sold to vendors for further use.
