    of the Misamis Oriental Provincial Prosecutor documented under NPS NO. X-05-INQ-
    20G-00477 with CHARISSA KAY ALVAREZ-PABATAO as the recommending
    prosecutor with a probable cause for THEFT was filed against ALLAN ADING BALITE
    docketed under CC NO. 2020-07-251 before Municipal Trial Court in Cities with 3, 000
    Php bail bond recommended with Honorable Michelia O. Capadocia as the handling
    judge.

    3. Accused will be turned over to BJMP, El Salvador City.
