Fourth: Issuance Conditions:
 Right to subscribe: The capital
increase shares will be offered
through the issuance of tradable
subscription rights (hereinafter
collectively referred to as “Rights”
and individually as “Right”) in

 Receiving the subscription: The
subscription shall be received

 Return of the subscription surplus:
The subscription surplus funds will
be returned to the subscription right
holders who did not obtain the
number of new shares they
subscribed thereto. The process of
returning the subscription surplus
funds will be completed within a
maximum period of (5) five working
days from the date of allocating the

returned to the subscriber will be
returned to the subscriber's bank
account with the subscription bank,
and if the subscription amount is
