EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Engarde will be a business formed by a group of students from Northern Mindanao Colleges,
Inc. Engarde sells scented candles that will soothe, relax, and chase away stress from the different
factors in our daily lives. As a relaxing agent, Engarde will have an extensive target market. People of
all ages that needs a relaxing moment with the warm, and aromatic candles will enjoy lighting it after a
hard day at work, school, or just by spending a few hours thinking while taking a bath, or inside ones
bedroom reading a book, or waiting for sleep to come.

Scented candles in the market are quite expensive due to the fragrance oils that were used, so
Engarde innovates the oils that are used as scent agents by using organic ingredients that are fresh,
and homemade. By using such ingredients in providing amazing scents for the candles, Engarde
ensures that the items are low-priced, but with high quality. This makes relaxation through scents
more attainable y nearly anyone despite the varying incomes, again keeping the target market at
large.

Between the numerous product options, convenient services, and a broad target market,
Engarde will be able to meet the needs of a wide spectrum of customers. And due to the competition
going on in the market, Engarde ensures its customers with its good quality despite the use of cheap,
organic, and homemade scented oils. It is safe, and can be used from time to time.

compared to its competitors by sticking to the use of less expensive raw materials in the market. By
the use these less expensive materials, Engarde can reduce its price but still provide the promised
quality and comfort of its products. This strategy will help in reaching the customers with low income
to still feel the relaxing feeling brought by these scented candles. Promotion expense are cut less too
with the help of the social media which is cheap, and a fast way of promoting products in this modern
day.
