Please refer to the Vocabulary Assignment Sheet for a organized way of learning the Vocabulary in
synchrony with the respective Modules. Memorization of high-yield Qur’ānic vocabulary is essential for
understanding the Qur’ān. Alongside each lesson, “high-yield” vocabulary from the Qur’ān listed
adapted from “80% of Qur’ānic Vocabulary”1 should be memorized. Please note that some plurals have
been added to the original compilation which may or may not be mentioned in the Qur’ān. Despite this,
we encourage familiarity of the plural of any important Arabic word because of other benefits. Another
supplementary vocabulary list is detailed here which needs to be learned along with the former
mentioned list.
