Reference to telephonic conversation with Rashid Sb, from Biomedical dept. of this institute,
regarding the repair of CR System. Our engineer visited your hospital and checked the
machine in detail, after detail checking following part found faulty, need repairing and
requirement of complete service for fully operational of the subjected machine. Please find
below detail of the Service Charges with parts service and general service.
