Reference to telephonic conversation with Dr. Tariq sb, Radiologist of this institute, regarding
the repair of X-RAY machine. Our engineer visited your hospital and checked the machine in
detail, after detail checking following part found faulty, need replacement with new one and
requirement of complete service for fully operational of the subjected machine. Please find
below detail of the Service Charges with part and general service.
