improve and/or obtain skills while working for you.
Leadership: Although I often take the role of a leader in a group
setting, I feel that I can be much more effective and better at it. I plan
on improving this skill in the workplace by asking for feedback from
my colleagues whenever I am in a leader position in a group
environment. I will use their feedback to improve my leadership next
time. Being a good leader is crucial in the workplace because it brings
out the best abilities in all group members and motivate them to
obtain a shared goal.
Public Speaking: Another important life skill I plan to acquire through
this job is public speaking skills. I can do this by volunteering to speak
before my colleagues and again, ask feedback for how I can improve. I
can also practice and learn methods on how to effectively speak. This
skill is critical to have as a member of the workforce because it can
invoke feelings in the listeners (coworkers) and motivate them to work
harder or in different ways that will benefit themselves and the
business.
Interpersonal: Interpersonal skills are another major skill I hope to
acquire through this job. I will acquire them by constantly trying to
talk with my colleagues when we are working together and actively
listening to their ideas as well. I will also try to ask plenty of questions
and answer any questions I get. These steps will make me more social
and develop my interpersonal skills. These skills are fundamental to
how a workplace works and it will result with a collaborative and
friendly place to work.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Robotics: For this year, I was a member for my school's
robotics team where we participated in several
tournaments. Although we did not win the tournaments I
felt that we still achieved plenty. We built friendships, a
working robot and memories that will last a lifetime. I am
proud of this because it taught me that the journey and
experiences you make matter the most.
POSSIBLE CAREERS
Lifeguarding: Last year, I completed all my lifesaving courses and
am now eligible to practice as an assistant lifeguard. I am very
proud of this achievement because it is the result of years of hard
work and struggles. In fact, I failed a lifeguarding level four times,
but it was my determination that let me pass. It is that
determination I am the most proud of.
Sports: Similar to robotics, I was a member of a basketball team
where we won several tournaments and the league
championship. I am very proud of these achievements, but I am
prouder of something else we did. I made new friends and
experiences that are unforgettable. As a team we went through
challenges, victories and defeats where I learned what it means
to be part of a team.

Surgery: Firstly, a job in surgery
matches my visual learning style and
my kinesthetic intelligence. Much of
the work is visual (patient) and hands
on (surgery tools and anesthesia). You
also get to build relationships and
support with your surgery partners
while making plenty of achievements
everyday (successful surgeries). Also, a
job in surgery requires a mastermind
personality. For example, they must
think abstractly and use their logic at
the same time to ensure a successful
surgery.
Human Rights Officer: Similarly, a job as
a human rights officer matches my
visual learning style and my kinesthetic
intelligence. Much of the learning is
visual (reading) and hands-on (deal
with human rights violators). This job
also meets my values as I can make
achievements like finding and
reporting those who violate human
rights. Also, when investigating, a
person with a mastermind personality
would be very successful because they
can abstractly think and solve the issue.
Geographer: Jobs in geography is ideal
for visual learners and kinesthetic
intellectuals; they require being
observant and analyzing various
formations while moving a lot and
being active to reach the formations.
Geographers also build relationships
with each other because they travel
and achieve together (finding a new
island). This job also requires a person
with a mastermind personality as you
must think logically and abstractly to
solve certain phenomena.
