Supervisor Review

Prepared: April 28, 2020

Student Name: Loredana (Lore) Pasquini

Name of Experience: Digital Order Manager

Dates: Apr 05, 2020 to Apr 22, 2020

Experience Description: For this CAS experience I aim to demonstrate my

understanding of a current global issue - the corona virus
pandemic - and take appropriate action in response to the
issue locally. To achieve this goal I will work as digital order
manager and provide local Zambians with the ability to
order products from Handyman's Paradise digitally, getting
these products delivered to their door, and providing our
customers with free masks and soap bars. This will help
keep the customers safe at home, as they will not need to
be in contact with people in the store. However, in order to
accomplish this goal I will also have to take initiative and
plan how these products will be delivered to each
customer, as well as collaborate with the managers of each
Handyman's branch and the sales representatives to
determine prices and quotations.
1. Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience
2. Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of
working collaboratively
3. Demonstrate engagement with issues of global
significance
