Opportunities to help and be helped are things to be cherished. The outreach

activity of extending a hand to other people especially to those less fortunate
was quite a heart-warming sight. Based on the pictures , I could conclude that it
was indeed an inspiring and heart-warming activity that encourage each and
every one of us to exercise making other people happy. Bonding with those
children in the Barangay Sto Domingo, Minalin Pampanga was an honor for
those who are attended. In their own little ways, they made them happy. The
outreach activity experience based on the Education Students and on the SHS
students had allowed them to share what they have and bring smiles to
children. Having the opportunity to interact with the less fortunate children gave
them an additional learning in life. I have learned through them that happiness
and contentment are choices. We have a freedom to choose, whether to be
happy and be contented in life or not. However, I realized that the activity was
just a fleeting relief to hunger. There is a much deeper and broader hunger that
needs to be satisfied-hunger for a decent life with love.
