Executive Summary

Sweet Delight is a start – up coffee and bakery establishment located in plaza, General
Santos City. Sweet Delight wants and expect regular customer base with its wide variety of
pastry products. Sweet Delight aims to offer its products at the most competitive price to meet
the demand of the low, middle and high income, locals and tourist.

The company plans to build a strong market relationship and position in the town due to
the fact that the town’s industry experience and it has mild competitive climate in the market.

Sweet Delight is incorporated company in the Philippines. Equally owned by 7 peoples.

Sweet Delight wants to establish a large regular customer base and will therefore
concentrate its business and marketing. Locals will be the dominant target market. This will
establish a healthy and stabilized revenue on the business. The tourist traffic is expected to be
35% of the revenue.

Product – Our product is Leche De Puto because we notice this product is not common
but if you taste it your stomach will be satisfied and will let you want more.

Price – Our product is affordable, it only cost P15 pesos individually and a box with 5 pcs
will only cost you P65 pesos.

Place – Our company is located infront of Plaza Heneral because it has many people,
especially teenagers in the area. It is also accessible.
