    • On Lists sheet, if employee is away on vacation, put an X in Vacation column
    Then, filter the list by the Vacation column, to hide employees with an X
    In the ListNum column, a Subtotal formula numbers the visible rows only
    • On the ListDV sheet, numbers are typed in the first column
    An INDEX/MATCH formula gets the employee name for each number
    Formula in yellow cell gets the highest number from ListNum column on Lists sheet
    Named range (EmplistAvail) uses that cell to find the last row for the list of available employees
    • On the Schedule sheet, the Staff column drop down shows all employees (EmpList)
    Staff Available column drop down shows available employees only (EmpListAvail)
