1. Can we get a full size set of drawings prior to bid deadline?

Response: The bidders can print the files to a large format printer at double the scale or fit to sheet size,
to a 22x 34 sheet size by sending it to a printing service if they do not have in house printer. The City
will not provide paper copies prior to bid.

2. Can City and County of Denver provide copies of video reports on these lines?
Response: The video files will be provided to the winning bidder after the contract is awarded.

3. How soon after bid award will City and County of Denver know the "Critical" sewer locations, and will
CCD be willing to consider a change order to cover additional traffic control costs if the TC requirements
are beyond what the Contractor can self-perform?
R esponse: Critical sewer locations will be known when they are found. Critical locations may be found
during routine inspections, from public complaints, or other sources. CCD will not consider a change
order to cover additional traffic control costs.

4. Per Technical Spec Section 10.7.5.1.1 , in regards to ASTM E797 - please clarify for the onsite thickness

Response: The contractor will be responsible for providing this equipment.

5. Spec Section 01 -5213 2.0lrequires an office trailer adjacent to thejobsite. Since the CIPP project is a
mobile jobsite, that is not really feasible. Please let us know if this requirement can be waived.

all ROW permits are no-fee for Denver projects. Please clarify.
Response: This is a City project and ROW permits will be required, but ROW fees will be waived. The
contractor should mention when obtaining the permit that this is a City ofDenver project.

Response: The City doesn't provide flow data. The contractor is encouraged to visit tlte site and pull
manhole lids prior to bidding to estimate flows.
